Blue Pear Cleaning is COVID-Secure
At Blue Pear, we care about your well-being. We have put in place some measures to ensure your safety and ours.
Our COVID Risk Assessment will see us take the following steps prior to our visit, during the clean, and after we leave your property.
We ecourage you to voice any concerns whilst we are on the job, and you can contact us via our mobile phone, whatsapp, email or social media platforms, should you have any concerns prior to our visit.
Phone Call
We call the day before our visit, to confirm that nobody in your household/property is unwell or has the COVID-19 symptoms.
Cleaning Products
Our cleaning products are hospital-grade, food-safe and kind to the environment.
Ventilation
We ask you to open all the windows prior to our visit, to ensure adequate ventilation.
Hand-Washing
In instances where our work cannot be carried out wearing gloves, we will wash our hands upon arrival, and use hand sanitiser frequently during our stay.
2 metres
We will maintain a distance of at least 2m with members of your household/business
Payments
Contact-Free payments are preferred. You can make card payments, bank transfers or payments via Paypal.
PPE
We will wear masks, gloves and shoe covers just before we enter your property, until we leave.
Disinfection
All the Equipment is disinfected between jobs at different properties, to reduce risk of cross-infection.
